Once a year comes the ultimate update — and that time is now.

To make Stoic ready for the new system and its features, we’ve packed in so many improvements we can’t even list them all.

Here are the highlights

Liquid Design

Stoic now fully supports Apple’s new Liquid Glass design language.

Enjoy smoother motion, softer depth, and subtle layers of light that make every screen feel calm and alive.

It’s a visual refresh that brings Stoic even closer to the feel of iOS 26, iPadOS 26 and macOS 26.

Foundation Model Personalization

All AI-powered features now run directly on your device — fast, private, and deeply personal.

Here’s what that means for you:

  • Uplifting messages appear after your reflections, helping you recognize small wins.
  • Context-aware notifications remind you to check in when you need it most.
  • Prompts inspired by quotes and affirmations connect daily wisdom to your writing.
  • Smart entry history helps you find and tag past reflections effortlessly.
  • Personalized journaling suggestions give you gentle nudges on how to begin.

And this is only the start — Foundation Models open the door for even deeper, on-device personalization ahead.

New Guided Journals

Because we know journaling isn’t just about features, we’ve also added new reflective content – exercises for anxiety relief to help you feel better during those uncertain moments we all go through.

  • Anxiety Relief Journal
  • Safe Space Visualization

You’ll find both in your Library → Guided Journals.
